We had a relaxing time. The hotel was fairly clean and luxury, loved it. The venue had a central setting very close to the shopping areas. The service was outstanding, including a fast check-in. Moreover, parking was on-site.

The staff was very caring and patient, the breakfast offered was large with good choice of food. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with safe and nice views of the garden.

The hotel's location is fantastic, conveniently situated near the MRT station, a variety of dining options, and popular shopping centers like The Shoppes and Far East Plaza. The Orchard district is definitely worth exploring.- The service at this hotel is impeccable.

We ate at a good restaurant with surly staff and ambience of a cheap canteen. Our a handy kitchenette included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Perfect location in general, friendly efficient and especially helpful staff especially from concierge and call service...

The breakfast here was so good, they had a bit of everything - Asian dishes, cornflakes, and a nice selection of fruits. Nothing to complain about, 👌.

Historic building and rooms with balcony. The location great and lovely to the other restaurant we booked. Also - so close to Far East Plaza where shopping is fun and Close to the Orchard Road shopping mall and shopping.

The excellent and absolutely perfect location for the price, near the centre of the City, the Far East shopping center, and the Botanic Gardens. Next door to Ion Sky Observation Deck. it was a cosy base for sightseeing in Singapore. I had much fun and met exceptionally pleasant and very courteous staff who were friendly and overwhelmingly helpful in every aspect of customer service. The hotel has a good and marvellous location at the centre of Singapore's shopping district, next to Dfs Galleria Scottswalk.

Everything was second to none, the service was very efficient. Sumptuous and large breakfast with cornflakes and Asian food, as for instance, it had so much choice. The room was well-kept and fully furnished on the basis of 2 adults 2 children when upgraded.
